This role requires a deep understanding of technology, particularly AI development for games, and a proven success record to bolster our continued expansion.

✅ Your Responsibilities  

• Manage and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on stability, scalability, and performance.

• Provide daily operational support and ensure uptime across cloud services and infrastructure.

• Take part in incident management to resolve issues and provide RCAs.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and Engineering to give support and ensure a stable infrastructure.

• Monitor infrastructure health using tools like Grafana and Prometheus plus configure and fine-tune alerts, thresholds, and metrics to ensure visibility and proactive issue detection.

• Support cost management and optimization of AWS services.

• Troubleshoot networking issues across cloud and internal systems (VPCs, subnets, routing, DNS).

• Manage and monitor databases (RDS), including performance tuning and availability.

👀 What You Bring to the Table  

• 3+ years of experience in a Security Engineer or similar role

• Solid background in GNU/Linux systems and low-level OS concepts

• Solid foundation in networking protocols, firewalls, and TCP/IP troubleshootingHands-on experience with AWS services, especially EC2, RDS, VPC and S3

• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and log aggregation solutions

• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) are a plus.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
