🎯 This role is part of the Poker Data Foundation Domain under our Data Services department. You’ll be joining a mission-critical team focused on building scalable B2B applications that power real-time decision-making and deep data insights in the poker ecosystem.
👀 What You Bring to the Table
Extensive experience building scalable, distributed back-end systems using Node.js
Deep knowledge of event-based architecture and microservices in production environments
Strong experience working with MongoDB, Redis, and cloud-native technologies
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
Experience with data-driven, iterative software development, and solving complex backend challenges
Ability to write clean, well-tested code, and design RESTful APIs with clear data contracts
Hands-on knowledge of Kafka (or similar messaging systems)
Comfortable with Docker-based container environments and CI/CD pipelines
Experience participating in technical design discussions and making pragmatic architectural decisions
🥇 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure
Cloud platform experience with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure
Background in building B2B applications or large-scale internal data services
