The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in bridging technical teams with business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of objectives, and the successful execution of engineering projects. This position requires extensive stakeholder management experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and 5+ years of project management experience in software companies.
💪 Your Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Establish and manage project timelines, track progress, and report key updates to leadership.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve roadblocks.
Oversee stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties.
Facilitate project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of resources.

5+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in a software company.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Strong project management skills with expertise in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while keeping projects organized and on track.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication across global teams.
